The Global Cultural Council (GCC) is a globally-oriented cultural organization committed to the advancement of literary heritage, artistic excellence, and civilizational memory. Operating under the registered MSME entity (Udyam Registration), GCC functions as a non-governmental, non-political and non-charitable cultural platform promoting intercultural dialogue, curated recognitions, fellowships, and cultural diplomacy.
Guided by the belief that art and literature preserve the soul of civilizations, GCC serves as a bridge between cultural traditions and contemporary thought, hosting a constellation of initiatives including the World Literary Council (WLC) and other thematic councils.

This Charter outlines the Councilβs public principles of governance, integrity, and cultural engagement.

- GCC functions as a cultural initiative registered MSME under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
- The Council is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-charitable body.
- All recognitions and fellowships issued by the Council are honorary and symbolic in nature, granted based on merit, cultural impact, or intellectual contribution.
